Registered in April 2023, Bathandiwe is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting autistic adults in and around Soweto.
Born from lived experience and a passion for inclusion, our mission is to create a space of dignity, understanding, and community.
We look forward to our official launch in March 2025, during Autism Awareness Month — a celebration of neurodiversity and shared strength.
Ensuring that families living with autistic adults are at peace knowing that their loved ones are in a Special Safe Space.
To focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers autistic adult to live a fulfilling life . We are committed to promoting their independence,fostering meaningful collaboration with family and community and nurturing their unique abilities through sustainable tailored programs.
